Penetrant Testing

The following precautions must be observed when removing the excess surface penetrant with a water wash method using a hose pipe:

The wash angle should be at 45°

A coarse droplet spray

Temperature of water 16 to 43°C

Pressure as low as possible, not to exceed 50 psi

All of the precautions listed above are correct
