Penetrant Testing

A newly mixed batch of wet developer should:

Be checked by a hydrometer

Be agitated for 30 to 40 minutes

Have 0.03 to 0.04 L per 3.8 L (1 to 1.5 oz per 1 gal) of ammonia added to stabilize the mixture

Stand for 4 to 5 hours prior to use
