According to SNT-TC-1A (2020), the employer shall:

reexamine Level I and Level II personnel annually.

reexamine Level I and Level II personnel every two years.

reexamine Level I and Level II personnel every five years.

reexamine Level I and Level II personnel anytime at the discretion of the employer.
